Damon Stoudamire out with knee injury
Now with Jerry West still in the picture in Memphis, the injury to Damon Stoudamire (if serious), takes on a different perspective.
"Stoudamire drove the lane with just over four minutes left in the second quarter when his right leg gave out on him. The former Blazer crashed hard to floor and laid still for a few minutes before being carried off on a stretcher"
"will undergo surgery pending an examination
by team doctors in Memphis
and will likely miss the rest of the season, said team spokeswoman Stacey Mitch"

Never mind the fact that this happened in Portland, where he played for 8 seasons, Mighty Mouse goes down again. As Fratello calls him the "heart of the team".
Bobby Jackson becomes starter and will be getting starter minutes (how long can he keep that up?) he hasn't exactly been Mr. Dependable missing his fair share of games over the last 3 seasons, and after that who will step up for the Grizzlies?
Lorenzen Wright? Not with the stats he's been putting up. So you just gotta expect Jerry West to pull a move. Maybe in a three way trade Denver/Portland/Chicago, I mean look at all the potential players up for grabs.

- Lorenzen Wright/Dahntay Jones
- Ben Gordon/Tim Thomas
- Watson/Lenard
- Theo Ratliff/one pg too many in Portland as McMillan chooses one to go with...
