Kings add Mussel...

Eric Musselman brought his scouting reports with him to his interview for the Sacramento Kings coaching position and convinced the team he was the one for them. After having served as an assistant for the Fratello and the Grizzlies, Musselman brings with him the defensive mindset that was prevalent in Memphis along with the organizational and structural skills that he is known for.

Tagged as a disciplinarian Eric Musselman, Marc Stein compares him: " He's Jon Gruden without the scowl", will surely have to jostle with Artest (even Bonzi Wells if retained as a free agent who knows him from Memphis) for control of the team but once that gets settled the former Warriors head coach (Arenas/Jamison/JRich era) should be able to resort to running the drills he learnt under Fratello in Memphis where they treated each lineup on the floor as a kind of special teams unit and applying the schemes to his new roster.
