Players of the caliber of Kobe Bryant define a generation, he will be remembered for the feat he accomplished on Sunday night for years (if not for decades) to come.
As Scott Carefoot at Raptorblog reminds us in his account of the game which had the Raptors leading at one point by 18:
"Once Kobe got in that zone, the Raptors
lost their composure and confidence on both ends of the court"
and they became spectators
"that's because the final score was merely an incidental back story"

A turning point in the game I found to be in the third quarter as Kobe was heating up and sparks were beggining to fly he passes it to Lamar Odom on his left who then with a resounding DOH!!! steps on the line out of bounds turning the ball over, but Craig Kwasniewski at The Association says it best as Kobe took the game into his own hands:
"The Lakers started the third quarter with
the same lethargic effort defensively from
the first half and the game had the makings
of a 20 point Laker loss.
This is where Kobe took over.
At first, Kobe was in "screw you,
I'll just score myself" mode.
He took Toronto one-on-five and got hot"
After the game Kobe played the modesty card just right:
